Setting Contact Email Addresses

Set the email addresses to appear in email notifications from an identity domain in IAM.

  1. Open the navigation menu and click Identity & Security. Under Identity, click Domains.
  2. Click the name of the identity domain that you want to work in. You might need to change the compartment to find the domain that you want.
  3. Click Settings and then click Domain settings.
  4. In the Email addresses text box under Contacts, provide the default contact email addresses.
    These email addresses appear in notifications sent to users. Enter the email addresses that you want users to contact if they need help. Separate multiple email addresses, use a comma.
  5. Click Save changes.
