Refunds in Marketplace

Customers can request refunds for Oracle Cloud Marketplace paid listing and private offers pricing types.

Refunds must be requested from the partner directly and approved by the partner for Oracle Cloud Marketplace to issue a refund or claw back a private offer. If consumers request a refund, they can contact the partner directly and use the support link in the partner's listing.
