Manually Backup Cluster Nodes

• 1. Open the navigation menu and click Analytics & AI. Under Data Lake, click Big Data Service.
  2. Under Compartment, select the compartment that contains the cluster.
  3. In the list of clusters, click the name of the cluster.
  4. On the Cluster details page, click the name of a node to backup.
     The Node details page is displayed.
  5. Click Create node backup.
  6. In the Create node backup dialog box, provide the following details:
     • Level type: This option is automatically set to Node level when creating a backup for an individual node.
     • Host name: This option is automatically filled in with the host name of the node.
     • Backup type: Select either Full backup or Incremental backup.
  7. Click Create.

• Use the backup-node command and required parameters to manually backup a node.
