Switching From Oracle-Managed Key to a Customer-Managed Key

  1. On the Clusters list page, find the cluster that you want to work with. If you need help finding the list page or the cluster, see Listing Clusters in a Compartment.
  2. From the Actions menu (three dots) select Update encryption.
  3. Select Encrypt using customer-managed keys, and then enter the following information:
    1. Vault in compartment: Compartment the vault is in. You can accept the current compartment or change it.
    2. Vault in: Name of the vault in the compartment you selected in the previous step.
    3. Master encryption key in <compartment: Compartment the master encryption key. You can accept the current compartment or change it.
    4. Master encryption key in: Name of the master encryption key in the compartment you selected in the previous step.
  4. Select Update.
