Operation Fails Because of a Conflict with Another Entity
The error, "There is a conflict with the entity with OCID <resource_OCID>," occurs during resource creation when the service detects a conflict with an existing resource.
During resource creation, the service might find that one or more properties of the new resource conflict with the properties of an existing resource in a way that is not allowed.
When you create or update a resource, ensure that the resource does not share values in any common properties with any existing resources. For example, you cannot configure a certificate authority (CA) to store its certificate revocation list (CRL) in an Object Storage bucket that another CA already uses.
