Validation of CA Bundle PEM Fails
The error, "The CA bundle PEM is invalid. The CA bundle lifecycle state is now set to FAILED," can occur when you create or update a CA bundle. The reason for the error is a failure during the validation of the CA bundle.
When you upload a PEM while creating or updating a CA bundle, the Certificates service performs various checks to validate the contents of the PEM. A valid CA bundle contains one or more unique certificates. The error indicates that at least one of the certificates in the PEM is invalid.
Verify the formatting of the PEM. Also confirm that the PEM contains only unique certificates. Either parsing of the PEM failed or the PEM contains duplicate certificates.
