Administering Fleet Application Management
The administration tasks in Fleet Application Management include managing product metadata, properties metadata, and compliance policy information, and to view the onboarded version.
The Administration page requires the Fleet Application Management administrator to understand, configure, and provide the following information:
- Properties: Define the necessary global platform configuration properties and any extra properties that can be used as fleet classifiers if needed.
- Metadata management: Define products for the applications hosted on resources that you manage.
- Compliance policy: Define software patch compliance policies for various products running on OCI resources.
- Settings: View the onboarded version of Fleet Application Management and set the frequency of software automatic discovery for fleets.
