Getting Started with Generative AI Agents

Create an agent that uses files ingested from an Object Storage bucket and start chatting in the Generative AI Agents service.

Note

  • Perform the following steps in the US Midwest (Chicago) region. Generative AI Agents is only available in this region.
  1. Give users access to the Generative AI Agents service.
  2. Add data to Object Storage.
  3. Create a knowledge base.
  4. If skipped in the previous step, create an ingestion job.
  5. Create an agent that points to the knowledge base.
  6. Create an endpoint for the agent.
  7. Start chatting with the agent.
