Change a Firewall Policy Component

• 1. On the navigation menu, select Identity & Security. Go to Firewalls, select Network Firewall Policies.
  2. Select the compartment that contains the policy with the component resource that you want to change.
  3. Select the policy.
  4. Under Policy resources, select the type of component that you want to change.
  5. Select the the Actions menu () of the component resource that you want to change and select Edit.
  6. Change the values as needed, and then select Save changes.
• Use one of the following commands and required parameters to edit a component of a specific type:

  • network-firewall application update
  • network-firewall application-group update
  • network-firewall service update
  • network-firewall service-list update
  • network-firewall url-list update
  • network-firewall address-list update
  • network-firewall mapped-secret update
  • network-firewall decryption-profile update
  • network-firewall decryption-rule update
  • network-firewall security-rule update

  For example:

  oci network-firewall address-list update --addresss-list-name address_list_name --network-firewall-policy-id network firewall policy OCID ...[OPTIONS]
