To enable Database Management for MySQL HeatWave DB systems, you must belong to a user group in your tenancy with the manage permission on the MySQL HeatWave service resource-types. When creating a policy, the aggregate resource-type for the MySQL HeatWave service, mysql-family, can be used.

Here's an example of a policy that grants the DB-MGMT-MYSQL-ADMIN user group the permission to enable Database Management for all the DB systems in the tenancy:

Allow group DB-MGMT-MYSQL-ADMIN to manage mysql-family in tenancy
