JMS plug-in deployment on OCA failing on OCI Windows

The JMS plugin for the Oracle Cloud Agent isn’t available for Windows.

However, you can install Oracle Management Agent on OCI Windows. See Installing Management Agent and Deploying JMS Plug-ins for detailed instructions.
