Managed Instance Details

The managed instance table displays a list of managed instances that are available to your fleet.

The detailed view of a managed instance is divided into two sections:
  1. General Information: Information about the host on which the agent is installed:

    • Operating system, such as Linux
    • OS version, such as Linux-x86_64
    • Lifecycle management, such as Active
    • DRS file, status including:
      • Matched: DRS file in the managed instance is the same file as the file configured for the fleet
      • Mismatched: DRS file in the managed instance is different from the file configured for the fleet
      • Unavailable: DRS file is not present in the managed instance
      • Feature not available: Java runtime lifecycle management operations and/or file scanning is not enabled in fleet. Enable the operations following Enabling Advanced Features.
  2. Agent information: Information about the agent installed on the host
    • Agent name: name of agent installed on the managed instance
    • Agent OCID: the OCID of the agent
    • Agent type: the type of agent installed on the managed instance Oracle Cloud Agent or Oracle Management Agent
    • Agent version: specifies the agent version along with its security state
    • Java version used by agent: indicates the Java version used by the agent, along with the security state of the Java version
    • Java management service plugin version: provides the version of the Java Management Service plugin deployed on the agent

You can move a managed instance from one fleet to another. Click the Move managed instance button to complete the task. The target fleet must be an active fleet.
