MySQL HeatWave: Restore from standalone to high availability DB System

MySQL HeatWave database service now supports restoring a backup created from a standalone DB system to a new highly available DB system. With this feature, you can restore your backups directly to the recommended architecture, preventing exposing DB systems without high availability or needing a second configuration step.
