Dedicated virtual machine hosts support E4, X9, and X9 optimized shapes

You can now create dedicated virtual machine hosts for instances that use the VM.Standard.E4.Flex, VM.Standard3.Flex, and VM.Optimized3.Flex shapes. For more information, see Dedicated Virtual Machine Hosts.
