New release for File Storage in-transit encryption: FIPS-approved mode

To enable in-transit encryption with OCI’s File Storage Service, customers install a package called oci-fss-utils on any instance that requires a secure connection to a mount target.

As part of enhanced security improvements, version 20-1 of the oci-fss-utils package supports Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) compliance.

To use FIPS-approved mode, download and upgrade to the newest version of the oci-fss-utils package.

Then, re-mount file systems and include -o fips as part of the mount command.
