X9-based virtual machine GPU shapes for Compute instances

Two new Intel X9-based GPU shapes are now available for virtual machine instances.

• VM.GPU.GU1.1 (also named VM.GPU.A10.1)
• VM.GPU.GU1.2 (also named VM.GPU.A10.2)
