Bulk tag operations now supported

You can now select multiple tag key defintions to retire, reactivate, or delete. In addition, you can now delete tag namespaces that contain tag-key definitions.

In the API, use the BulkDeleteTags and the CascadeDeleteTagNamespace operations. For more information, see Managing Tags and Tag Namespaces.
