The following conda environments are introduced:

• PySpark 3.0 and Data Flow (version 4.0)
• PySpark and Data Flow (version 3.0)
• Parallel Graph AnalytiX 21.4 for CPU on Python 3.8 (version 2.0)

Now you can use PySpark 3.0 or PySpark to read Object Storage files in Data Science jobs. And these three new conda environments include fixes for Apache Log4j security vulnerabilities.
