With the new Organization Management feature, you can manage your tenancies by creating new tenancies, or link existing tenancies, to be grouped under a single organization umbrella. You can also view and map subscriptions to tenancies within your organization. For more information, see Organization Management Overview.

You can also use the Oracle billing and cost reporting features to centrally manage cost and usage information across all the tenancies in your organization. In Cost Analysis, you can now filter on the spending in your organization, and view costs in terms of a tenancy's subscription.
