The endpoints for OpenSearch clusters created on or after September 15th, 2022 use the oci.oraclecloud.com domain instead of the oci.oracleiaas.com domain. The oci.oraclecloud.com domain uses a publicly available certificate, which eliminates the requirement to download a private certificate to use when connecting to your cluster using the API endpoint. When accessing the cluster via the private IP, use the insecure mode that does not require a certificate. For example, when using Curl with the private IP, use the -k or the --insecure command line option.
