Pre-Masking Check Enhancements

To prevent masking jobs from failing, you can perform a pre-masking check to check for common issues before you start the actual masking. The new pre-masking checks verify that masking columns used with deterministic encryption are within the maximum allowed column length and check if Database Vault is enabled.
