Deleting Inactive Storage Volumes

Permanently delete inactive storage volumes to free up resources in Secure Desktops.

Caution

Potential data loss. The desktop user will permanently lose access to the deleted volume.

Open the navigation menu and click Compute. Under Secure Desktops, click Desktop Volumes.
Click an inactive volume in the list. Volume details are displayed in the Block Volume interface. Click Terminate.

Note

You can only delete inactive volumes. To inactivate a volume, you must delete the desktop instance associated with the volume. See Deleting Desktops.
