Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts on a Windows virtual desktop differ from a local Windows system. Secure Desktops supports several keyboard shortcuts on Windows desktops.

Keyboard Shortcut Description
Ctrl+Alt+End

Displays the Windows Security dialog box.

Same as pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del on a local Windows system.

Alt+Page Up Switches between windows, from left to right.

Same as pressing Alt+Tab on a local Windows system.

Alt+Page Down Switches between windows, from right to left.

Same as pressing Alt+Shift+Tab on a local Windows system.

Alt+Insert Cycles through windows, in the order they were opened.

Same as pressing Alt+Esc on a local Windows system.

Alt+End Displays the Windows Start menu.

Same as pressing the Windows key on a local Windows system.

Alt+Delete Displays the pop-up menu for the current window.
Ctrl+Alt+Minus

Use the Minus (-) key on the numeric keypad.

Places a snapshot of the active client window on the virtual desktop clipboard.

Same as pressing Alt+PrintScrn on a local Windows system.

Ctrl+Alt+Plus

Use the Plus (+) key on the numeric keypad.

Places a snapshot of the entire client window area on the virtual desktop clipboard.

Same as pressing PrintScrn on a local Windows system.
