You can deactivate a single provisioning bridge, or you can deactivate multiple provisioning bridges simultaneously.

Open the navigation menu and click Identity & Security.
Under Identity, click Domains.

Click the name of the identity domain that you want to work in. You might need to change the compartment to find the domain that you want. Then, click Settings and then Provisioning bridges.

Select the checkbox for each provisioning bridge that you want to deactivate.

Click Deactivate.

In the Deactivate provisioning bridge window, click Activate provisioning bridge.
The status of each provisioning bridge you selected changes from Activated to Deactivated.
