Workspaces
A workspace is an organizational construct to keep multiple data integration projects and their resources (data assets, data flows, tasks, and so on) separate from each other, helping you to stay organized. For example, you can have separate workspaces for development, testing, and production.
Before you create a workspace in Data Integration, ensure that you have reviewed and met the minimum resources and policies in the tenancy as described in Getting Started with Data Integration.
After a workspace is created, you can access the workspace and from it create the resources that you need such as data assets, data flows, pipelines, and tasks.
You can perform the following workspace management tasks:
- Creating a Workspace
- Accessing a Workspace
- Navigating a Workspace
- Monitoring a Workspace
- Editing a Workspace's Name and Tags (name, description, and tags)
- Moving a Workspace to a Different Compartment
- Stopping a Workspace
- Starting a Workspace
- Viewing the Status of a Workspace
- Copying a Workspace OCID
- Deleting a Workspace
For information about using projects in a workspace, see Using Projects and Folders.
