To create a Database Tools connection, the following resources are required:

• An Oracle Cloud Infrastructure vault with an encryption key. See the Vault Service documentation for more information.
• For secure, private access from your database's virtual cloud network (VCN), create a private endpoint in the Database Tools service. See Using Private Endpoints with Database Tools for more information.
