Unified Monitoring Agent enhancements for UK Gov South (London) and UK Gov West (Newport)

The following Unified Monitoring Agent change has been implemented for UK Gov South (London) and UK Gov West (Newport):

• The issue with resource and user-principal used for interacting with the control-plane and oci-logging has been resolved.
