You can add data from multiple lookups by setting up the Lookup Field Enrichment option multiple times. if you have related lookups where the keys overlap and help in adding more enrichments with the processing of each lookup, then ensure to include the overlapping keys in the input and output selections of the Lookup Field Enrichment definition.
