During an infrastructure maintenance event that impacts a physical compute host, where applicable, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure live migrates VM instances to a healthy VM host without disrupting running instances. Infrastructure maintenance includes tasks such as upgrading and replacing hardware or performing maintenance that halts power to the host.
