One-off patching is available for certain resources on dedicated Exadata Infrastructure when customers file a service request with My Oracle support for issues related to those resources. If Oracle and the customer agree that a one-off patch is the best solution, then the Oracle service team generates the patch and makes it available to the customer who filed the service request.
