Oracle Resource Scheduler is a new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) service that can reduce the cost of your database and compute OCI cloud resources by stopping them when they are not needed, and restarting them when they are needed again. 

This release is only changes to the Resource Scheduler public documentation.  The policy information has been updated to provide more information and examples.
