Improved support engagement and ticket creation powered through chat

When you create a support request, you enter a guided support flow powered by OCI Generative AI chat. It’s trained to answer all your technical queries, and you have the ability to chat with a live agent and create a service request for your support needs.

Effective June 21, 2024, a new feature that enables the chatbot to use Generative AI is available to all customers who engage support through the Oracle Cloud Console.

The new chatbot provides an improved user experience with Generative AI, answering your technical queries followed by the option to chat with a live agent or create a service request.

Does this impact me? Everyone who engages with support in the Console is directed to the new Generative AI-enabled chatbot.
