The DNS service now supports secondary egress to external providers. When you create a primary DNS zone in OCI DNS, you can specify one or more external downstream servers. The downstream servers are notified of changes and then request zone transfers. The specified nameservers can also issue transfer requests to the Oracle primary nameservers.
