This Console enhancement provides default limits automatically for a select subset of regions GRU (Sao Paulo), VCP (Vinhedo), YUL (Montreal), YYZ (Toronto), HYD (Hyderabad), and BOM (Mumbai). It will be rolled out to other regions in a phased manner. You cannot configure backups using Autonomous Recovery Service without limits or capacity for Autonomous Recovery Service.
