We're pleased to announce that Java Management 6.0 is now available. Basic Java Management Service Discovery Features that identify Java Runtimes and Oracle JDK usage is now available to everyone, even users who don't have a Java SE Subscription or are running in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. In addition to the existing Java Runtime Lifecycle management operations, JMS has introduced new advanced features for commercial licensees to help administrators gain additional insight into Java workloads in their enterprise. The new advanced features include:

• Analyze the usage of application servers
• Identify potential vulnerabilities associated with the Java libraries used by applications
• Assess the impact of Oracle JRE and JDK Cryptographic Roadmap on applications
• Use Java Flight Recorder to gather application insights

These new features are currently supported for Linux platform.
