Locating the Installed Client Log File

Use the log file generated by the installed client to help troubleshoot issues.

Note

There is no file generated if using the browser to access your desktop.
  1. Locate the log file on your local system:
    • Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Sun\SSGD\tcc.txt
    • Linux: /var/log/messages
    • macOS: /var/log/system.log
  2. Provide the file to your desktop administrator or Oracle support as necessary to assist with troubleshooting.
