Starting with Management Agent version 220302, a Prometheus scraper is available as part of the base Management Agent deployment using OCI Management Agents service. It is no longer required to deploy the APM PROMETHEUS SCRAPER plug-in. New capabilities available with this newer implementation include the ability to set the namespace used for the scraped metrics and to set an allow-list of metrics names.

The APM Prometheus Scraper plug-in will no longer be available.
