Removing Locks on Data Catalog Instances

Remove the locks applied to your catalog instances.

Note

You can remove locks only if you are an administrator or a user with Manage permissions.
  1. Open the navigation menu  and select Analytics & AI. Under Data Lake, select Data Catalog.
  2. On the Data Catalogs page, click the Actions menu to the right of the instance for which you want to remove the lock and select Apply lock.
  3. In the Manage lock dialog box, deselect the lock options. For more information about the options, see Applying Locks to Data Catalog Instances.
  4. Click Close.
