Desktop Audio Doesn't Work

The audio may not work when using the virtual desktop if you are using the web client or the administrator has limited audio access.

Web client does not support audio

Use the installed client if you need audio when using the virtual desktop.

Audio access has been limited by the administrator

To use audio on the virtual desktop, the desktop administrator must enable microphone and speaker access when configuring the desktop pool. Contact the desktop administrator for assistance. See Viewing Your Desktop Status for information about viewing desktop administrator contact details.

Microphone not supported on Linux desktop

Linux desktops do not allow audio input.
