Customer-Consumer: Commercial Information for Marketplace
The customer is the end user of a publisher's listing on Oracle Cloud Marketplace. Customers can access the listings published by the publishers after the customers meets the requirements to be eligible as a marketplace consumer.
To become a part of Oracle Cloud Marketplace as a customer-consumer, you must have an OCI account and tenancy. For third-party partner listings, you must meet the following additional requirements:
- You must have an active Universal Cloud Credits (UCC) subscription with the tier being free and paid.
- Free and Pay-As-You-Go tenancies: You can use Free and Bring Your Own License (BYOL). A UCC subscription is only required only to transact.
- Funded Allocation Model (FAM): Subscriptions are not allowed for paid listings.
- Your country and currencies must be on the list of countries and currencies that the partner enabled for a given listing.

Definitions
Public Marketplace: Marketplace is an online store that offers you images, stacks, container images, and helm charts listings solutions from Oracle and its trusted partners. In the Marketplace catalog, you can find listings for four types of solutions from Oracle and trusted partners: image, stack, container image, and helm charts. These listing types include different categories of applications. Some listings are free and others require payment.
