One URL for the Console

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure commercial region users can now use a single One URL to access the Oracle Cloud Console regardless of the tenancy's home region. The new URL is https://cloud.oracle.com. Please update any region-specific URL bookmarks you have to point to the new https://cloud.oracle.com URL.

Government Cloud customers should continue to use the URLs specified for their regions.
