Unenrolling from Oracle Cloud Success Protection Service

Use the Console to unenroll a parent tenancy from the Oracle Cloud Success Protection service. The unenrollment option is available when the 12-month minimum service period from date of enrollment has passed.

Note

To manage support plans, you must be an administrator for the tenancy.
Support plans are limited to the type Oracle Cloud Success Protection.
  1. Open the Help menu (Help menu) and select Visit the Support Center.
  2. Select Manage enrollment and follow the promps.
    Availability of this function indicates that the parent tenancy is enrolled in the Oracle Cloud Success Protection service and that the 12 month minimum service period from enrollment date has been met.
  3. Select Confirm unenrollment.
