Unenrolling from an Oracle Cloud Success Service

Use the Console to unenroll a parent tenancy from one of the Oracle Cloud Success services. The unenrollment option is available when the 12-month minimum service period from date of enrollment has passed.

Note

To manage support plans, you must be an administrator for the tenancy.
  1. Open the Help menu (Help menu) and select Visit the Support Center.
  2. Select Manage enrollment and follow the prompts.
    Availability of this function indicates that the parent tenancy is enrolled in a Oracle Cloud Success Protection service and that the 12 month minimum service period from enrollment date has been met.
  3. Confirm unenrollment, and then select the option to unenroll.
