Using the AWR Hub Explorer
The AWR Hub explorer allows you to explore AWR’s performance statistics via SQL queries that extract data with which intuitive visualization can be created. The queries utilize data objects which in this case are simply the DBA_HIST_* views. These views contain the AWR snapshots stored within the AWR Hub.
Before you begin using AWR Hub Explorer, make sure the following prerequisites are met:
- Create the warehouse and configure the AWR Hub, see: Configure the AWR Hub.
- Configure the database sources, see: Configure Database Sources.
To access the AWR Hub Explorer follow these steps:
- Open the navigation menu, click Observability & Management. Under Ops Insights, click AWR Hub. You’ll be taken to the AWR Hub page.
- Click on the Launch AWR Hub Explorer button, located above the AWR Sources table.
