Diagnosing Issues Using the Console
Use the Console to determine why jobs or tasks fail.
- Open the navigation menu and click Analytics & AI. Under AI Services, click Speech.
- Click Transcription Jobs.
- Click the job you want to troubleshoot, and navigate to the details page.
- Click the failed task to view the reason of failure on the task details page.
Exceeded Media Duration Limit
Keep your media file size and duration under the service limits.
File Not Supported or Sample Rate Too Low
Ensure that you that you follow the support for each language.
Batch Job too Large
Keep the number of tasks in a job under the service limits.
