Work Requests for Secure Desktops
Use the console to view the state of work requests used with the Secure Desktops service.
Certain operations such as creating or deleting desktop pools do not take effect immediately. In these cases, the operation spawns an asynchronous workflow for fulfillment. To provide visibility for in-progress workflows, the Secure Desktops service creates a work request. You can use the work request to track the status of these operations, including the ability to see why an action failed.
You can perform the following work request management tasks:
Work Request States
The work request states are:
- Accepted
- The request is in the work request queue to be processed.
- In Progress
- The work request is being processed.
- Waiting
- The work request is waiting to be processed.
- Failed
- The work request has not been processed successfully. You can look at the work request logs to identify the issues, and then troubleshoot it.
- Succeeded
- The work request has been processed successfully.
- Canceling
- The work request is being canceled.
- Canceled
- The work request has been canceled.
