You can duplicate and customize the Oracle-defined dashboards for supported
Observability & Management services.
Oracle-defined dashboards provide insights into the key elements of the
resources monitored by the supported Observability & Management
services. For example, the Oracle-defined dashboards for Database
Management provide an overview of the performance of databases. For
information on Oracle-defined dashboards, see supported service
documentation.
To customize an Oracle-defined dashboard:
- Go to the Dashboards page in the
Observability & Management service.
- For the Oracle-defined dashboard that you want to customize,
click the Actions icon () and click Duplicate.
If you have a long list of dashboards, then sort
the dashboards by the Created by
column to identify the ones created by Oracle.
- In the Duplicate dashboard dialog
box:
- Specify a name for the duplicate
dashboard.
- Select the compartment in which the dashboard
must reside.
- Click OK.
- Click the name of the duplicate dashboard to open it.
- Click Actions in the upper-right corner
and then click Edit.
In the edit mode, you can change the look and
feel of the widgets by clicking the
Actions icon (
) on the widget. You can also perform tasks such
as:
- Click Save changes to save your
changes.
