Moving a Custom Image to a Different Compartment

• 1. On the Compute custom images list page, select the custom image that you want to move. If you need help finding the custom images list page, see Listing Custom Images.
  2. From available actions, select Move resource.
  3. Select the destination compartment from the list.
  4. Select Move resource.

• Use the image change-compartment command and required parameters to change the compartment of a custom image:

  oci compute image change-compartment --from-json <file://path/to/file.json>
