Viewing and Managing Contacts

You can view the list of contacts that have been configured for a DB system. You can also add, edit, and remove contacts of the DB system.

When customer contacts are set, Oracle sends notifications to the specified email addresses for HeatWave DB system related issues. Contacts in the customer contacts list receive operational notices and announcements as well as scheduled and unplanned maintenance notifications.
Note

Oracle recommends that you set the contact emails so that administrators receive notifications related to the DB system.
