Tagging a Database System

• 1. Open the navigation menu and select Databases. Under PostgreSQL, select DB Systems.
  2. (Optional) In the List scope section, under Compartment, select a compartment.
  3. Select the database system that you want to manage tags for.
  4. On the database system details page, click More actions and choose Add tags.
  5. In the Add tags dialog box, choose a Tag namespace, and choose or enter a Tag key, and enter a Tag value. Select Add tag to add another tag.
  6. Select Add tags to add tags to the database system.
  7. (Optional) To edit or remove tags, click the edit icon next to an existing tag on the Tags tab of the database system details page.

• Use the oci psql db-system update command and the --defined-tags or --freeform-tags parameters to update a database:
