Monitoring Project Copy Requests

When you create a project by copying from an existing project, Data Integration initiates a copy request that is a long-running operation.

You can monitor the progress of the operation.

  1. Navigate to the workspace in which you initiated a project copy request.

For the steps to access a workspace, see Accessing a Workspace.

  2. On the workspace home page, click Projects.
  3. On the Projects page, click Project copy requests.

The Project copy requests page appears and shows a history of all copy requests made, in all stages of progress. Click Refresh to update the page. Use the menus under Filters to filter the list by status, and when the request started or ended. Click Clear to remove the filters.

The following details are shown for each copy request:

    • Name: Name of the copy request. Click the name to see more details. For more information about the details, see Viewing the Details of a Project Copy Request.
    • Status: Overall status of the copy request, for example, Queued, In progress, Success, or Failed.
    • Progress: Bar showing the overall progress of the copy request. The numbers n/n indicate the number of artifacts copied or being copied.
    • Created by: The initiator of the copy request.
    • Started: When the copy request started.
    • Ended: When the copy request ended.

The Actions menu for a copy request has these actions:

    • View details: Available for copy requests that have the Success status
    • Terminate: Available for copy requests that have the In Progress or Queued status
    • View logs: Available for copy requests with the Failed status
